April 2015 Naturalization application Timeline ONLY

Since this new irritating requirment of registering for a BRP for Naturalization application I am now thinking should I proceed with my application ( Elgibility Commencing from 20th of June). I am a bit concern that even if I made it to NCS on 21st of June then its not guarenteed that I will recieve the letter to register my BRP before 21st of July.

As annoyingly the dead line given on the BRP letter is 15 days then I will surely miss that and my application will be rejected. Another thing I was considering to apply just before I go on my holidays e.g. on 18th of July as I have noticed applicants are recieveing letters in 4 weeks time ( average) , however the only risk I will have in this case what if the letter is send in a week or Two I am confused

Finally I can take a deep breath and simply apply when I come back to UK

Any suggestion would be much appreciated.

This waiting game is awful.
