When you say "received" do you mean that is the day they signed for the delivery?

Yes that's when they signed for it.

No I haven't called, but I have been emailing. They don't have mine in the system yet, so they're checking the building. I didn't know whether it would be pointful to call or not, so I just stuck with email.

It can take up to 20 days for them to respond but they've been a bit quicker than that so far.
