Waiting time for COA

Time-line to date:

EEA4 sent special delivery 5 May
Received by HO 7 May (Delayed by Royal Mail)
£65 payment taken 8 May
Received acknowledgement letter dated 8 May
Letter requesting biometrics dated 15 May Received 20 May
Biometrics provided 22 May.

When could I expect the COA to be issued?

Answering my own question - COA received today 16 days after submission of biometrics.

This matches (for once!!!) what UKVI told us - upon 15 days given to enrol biometrics, the COA is issued.
