FPN for speeding = civil penalty

Just called the UKBA Nationality Helpline (https://www.gov.uk/contact-ukvi/british ... ationality) for advice regarding Fixed Penalty Notices for speeding (assuming, as in my case, that it was settled with a fine and didn't go to court). They said this should be included in the Civil Penalties section of the form. Hope this helps others.
