Property valuation certificate

Hi All,

I am planning to apply my dad's visit visa. To show his strong ties in backhome we are showing his bank account as well as property where he currently reside.

Question: How can we make a property valuation certificate?
Can it be obtained from any random estate agent on a generic A4 paper? or it has to be a property affidavit signed stamped by some government person?

Please advise asap if someone been through same situation

You don't necessarily have to provide the valuation certificate, title deeds of the property is sufficient evidence and incentive for the applicant to return home after the visit
