Requirements to get visa for interview

Hi all,
I 've got the interview call from the company recently. I've left the UK just before 10 days. Previously I was in Tier 4 student visa. Now my question is How can i get the visa for this interview? How long will it takes and what are the requirements? what visa should i apply for this reason? kindly suggest me in good way to do the processes quickly.
