Asked for P45

I was denied Residence Card, not residing in another member state. Went for new stamp 3, and was asked for my P45. I was working and had a PPS and everything, but only stamp 3. I am no longer working, since August. Has this happened to anyone else? I haven't returned to Garda with the P45 yet, my old job didn't have it yet. What do you think will happen?

Its normal

They are asking for your P45 so that you are not employed.
Once you will be given stamp 3 you can reside in Ireland but cannot work.

Thats a new one for me to discourage people not to contribute to the economy.
In any moment of decision, the best thing you can do is the right thing, the next best thing is the wrong thing, and the worst thing you can do is nothing.
