get visa in second application in 2015

Hi I had appealed in June 2015 and it was ok. Now my question is if we will be refused as appeal result. So can I make fresh application within 28 days? Because I applied in a team before now my partner has completed 10 years so he isn't issue now.

Hi,
If this was your first application and at that time your visa was valid then you have a chance to apply for second application. seniors will better advice you.

Dont wory you will complete your 10 years as well coz HO process is very slow i applied for T1 28th july2014 refused in sept 2014 appeald And hearing date was 23 dec 2014 same day judge adj case and home office withdrwan appeal 8th jan 2015 now still waiting no response. My solicitor sent them three letters no responce i sent them letter no responce my local mp sent them letter behalf of me two weeks ago but no responce so i have decided lets enjy this free style stay
