Croydon appointment

I've just stumbled upon this thread, and I find it very interesting.

I have been trying to book an appointment for the week starting 13 Dec, and have been repeatedly denied one on the basis that I was calling too early (last time I called the appointment line was today, 1 Dec). Total madness...

Strange, I called one month before I was eligible, you dont have to explain everything in details to the person on the other end of the phone, just say that you completed 4 yrs period and you want to book appointment, they wont check on the phone.
