British Passport application processing timelines (only)

I have just spoke to someone at HM Passport, I have asked about tracking number for delivery my passport and support documents..He gave me the number to track my passport but he told me the support documents will be behind couple days. So I wonder, is it normally to receive passport first and than couple days later the support documents?

Finally my passport came today,they have just drop it in mail box. It's all over now. All the best for everyone.
