Moving to Ireland: Urgent information required from Seniors

Post by talk2ravi » Wed Dec 01, 2004 10:28 am

Hi,

I read somewhere that moving to Ireland would be easy if a company with multiple offices in europe/across the world and would want to send their employee to Ireland.

I request more details on this.

I work for an multinational company in india with branches in UK/Ireland.

What is the kind of visa i need to take?

PLEASE HELP.
Ravi

In the past you would not need a work permit to transfer from your office in India to the office in Ireland. However this was suspended indefinitly a couple of years ago.

These days your Irish office will have to obtain a work permit for you and then you will need to apply for an entry visa at the Irish embassy in India.
