Can i Switch into Tier 2 General visa

Dear forum members I want your expert opnion regarding my visa switch.
Can I switch into Tier 2 visa from Enterprenuer visa at any time, are there any specific conditions attached to it. I heard from a friend that you need to first invest full amount of 50K then you can switch into any other catagory.
Does any one on the forum has switch his visa.
Please guide me.

You will need an approved sponsor to get a Tier 2 General visa. Your potential sponsor will have a process to follow before you can be issued with a COS.

you can switch into tier 2 visa any time.

no need to invest your money .

your sponsor need to issue cos depend on your job role . check Standard Occupational Classification (SOC) codes .

one of my friend switched tier1 ent to tier 2 .

if your above 26 years old you experienced person so your salary should be experienced salary.

like Salary rates: New entrant: £22,500 / Experienced: £31,200

before you apply visa make sure take suggestion with our gurus .
