ILR more than 180 days outside UK

I am planning to apply for Tier 1 Entrepreneur visa extension.

I was outside of UK from

12th April 2013 to 6th December 2013 = 238 days

My visa was granted on 08/JUN/2012
My visa expiry is on 08/OCT/2015

Will I be able to get ILR after 5 years

No because you have spent too many days away
