What are Requirements for a Graduate Degree Holder

What are Requirements for a Graduate Degree Holder

Hi guys I am a silent reader of this forum, Can you please tell me the detailed requirements if I need to switch my visa into Tier 2 General.
My current qualification is Bsc Hons, I heard that my employer will need a resident labour market test if they need to hire a graduate.

What is your current visa status? When does it expire? Have you received your degree?

I am on Enterpreneur Visa and I have received my degree in September 2011.
