Few Set O Queries plz

Hello,

I am stuck with few sections in Set O where your advise will really help. I am applying after 5 yrs on T1(G).

1. Sec 9 (Confirm if you have spent continuous 5 years lawfully). My guess is we tick YES even when the application is made before 5 years completion using 28 days and 90 days concession. Can someone stamp this?

2. Sec 11.2.4 (Passport country of issue). Mine is Indian passport but issued in India consulate in UK. Should I say 'India' or 'UK'? For issuing authority, it will clearly be Govt. of India.

3. Sec 12G (Highly Skilled Migrant). Is this required to be completed only by those applying through HSMP or T1(G) as well? If for T1(G) as well, will it suffice to provide 5 years P60 or should I get employment history form HMRC?

1. Yes. HO caseworkers know the rules re 28 / 90 days.

2. India, regardless of which country it is issued.

You can leave that blank and 5 years P60s are sufficient enough and you don't need employment seperately as it would make it needless.
