What could be the fact to refuse my application? They are keep postponing the court cos they have nothing to claim.sushdmehta wrote:What advice do you expect other than that you must prove the decision to refuse was unlawful.
How you prove it is up to you.
...... unless you share your facts and UKV&I's reasons for refusal(s).
Then sit back and relax, you will win if they have nothing to prove you wrong!!Inner wrote:What could be the fact to refuse my application? They are keep postponing the court cos they have nothing to claim.
Taxes been paid business running lawfully and etc.
The reason was I was working as a sub contracter and they thought I was employed by the company I work with but I wasn't. The company I worked with they've supplied a letter to home office to see that I'm not employed by them and when I had first appeal judge looked at it she said I'm self employed but home office still thinks I'm employed by themsushdmehta wrote:BTW, I asked for "your facts" and "UKV&I's reason for refusal"!

Inner wrote:Hi everyone I need your help and advices
I've applied to ilr in 2013 as an entrepreneur visa but home office refused the application due some misunderstanding of caseworkers. I'm self employed but home office claimed that I'm not self employed and I work as an employee. After refusal appeal allowed and first tribunal was successful then judge passed my application home office to grant ilr but home office refused the application again. I refuted everything against to home office they have no reason. I supposed to have upper tribunal in March but postponed to September.
Any advice would be great
Thanks
