MN1 APPLICATION FOR A CHILD BORN IN NIGERIA

A friend will like to apply for mn1 for his son which 10 and has a visiting visa to uk but the daddy has a ILR the question is can they do it here in uk or it has to be in nigeria

They expect child and parents to have ILR and at least one parent to naturalise.
