Just a minor note... if u get a brown envelope,2nd class post, check the sender address on the back. if its capital place liverpool its the HO. if its not that then chances are its something else

Hahaha I hear you bro...turns out my work has started posting documents in brown envelopes too. Got home saw brown envelope in my mail, looked at stamp and realised it was work booo!!

I wrote an email to HO and also contacted them over the phone. It all depends on who is answering your call from the HO and some time you find someone very kind & helpful to you.
