Hi Justin,

My wife got approval in exactly six weeks. I also mentioned in my cover letter that I will be applying for my son registration soon. Did u check appendix FM there is lot of useful information regarding financial requirement. Anyone got refusal on the basis of their UK born child they can challenge the decision.

Good luck.

Sorry that statement might not be on flr m guide notes you can also check Appendix FM Section 1.7 which is detailed explanation for financial requirement it is definitely there and you can give reference of that statement in your cover letter.

I hope this helps.

Thanks
Ali

hi Allesheikh,

really thanks for your information. can I ask you that does your wife's Flm(m) application approved?
your meaning is that when my wife apply for FLM(m) , just some information in the cover letter, "due to my sons were born in the UK, and both of them were under MN1 application process, so they are not under the immigration control ", then I just need provide 18600 financial requirement is enough? is it right?

many thanks!

This is absured. I have applied on Sept 5th thru postal and its nonsense it takes 5 months to get a letter.
They dont want to work at all or cost cutting is being done. It just takes 1 hour for the whole work but i think they purposely delay it or lot of work with less people.

Hi guys and senior member please give me advise

I applied my daughter mn1 on 24/04/2015
Today they send me refusal letter. Stating that she is not having ILR.

She born in India at that time I got Ilr and her mom got flr m visa. Later on I got British Nationatonality on that basis I applied my daughter registration.

Now I got BP AND my wife got ILR but my daughter visa expired in 20th August 2015. Please suggest me how I am going to apply baby ILR PLS.

Hi

Finally my wait is over I got my son British passport yesterday in exactly 6 days fast track. Going to celebrate Eid back home finally.

Bottom line HO is useless poor service as compared to the amount of fees they charge. When you call them they are so rude like they are giving any favours Pathetic.

Best of luck everyone hope all of you get soon.

Thanks
Ali

Please see the link above for children born outside the UK to non British parents the child needs to be without restriction on their stay in the UK, meaning have indefinite leave to remain before they will be permitted to register as British .
