Hi mard,

I suppose you can use the same link I received (which should be the same one other people have talked about earlier). I will post the link this evening.

IF you want to wait a few days though, to see if you receive more instructions. But I would try and notify the HO at least 5 days before you move. My question is: Have you not received any acknowledgement of your application at all? That's where they would usually send you this kind of information. I suppose our cases are a bit different as your are married and then the HO will wait to send you a CoA with right to work. As I am unmarried, I received mine without right, with my biometric letter, with all this info. It doesn't make sense that they will make you wait for a month before sending you any acknowledgement (what else does your Bio letter say?), so not sure what to say there.

Also, has your partner applied for RP themselves, or is it just your application? If they have,, they would usually receive an email of acknowledment (seems to be sent only to the EEA national when they apply for a card).
My posts express what I believe are the facts, based on the best of my knowledge, about the topics discussed in this forum. They do not constitute immigration advice.

I saw some comments said have to do it online, but I don't know which website I should get in. And we tried to email HO which we got no reply.
Pls let me know if anyone know about it.
Thank you so much.
About two weeks after you send your application you should receive your CoA or an acknowledgment by post, where they specifically give you the website link you need to follow to report any change in circumstances (under a paragraph that says "What should I do if my circumstances change?" or something like that). I have that letter at home so can't tell you which one it is just now, but if you have that letter you can look at it...

Bottom line is, the HO will ALWAYS give you all information you need, so make sure to refer to what they send to you.

That being said, happy to help you out this evening once I'm home, if you really cant find the info.

Hi, I sent only my application. I got the biometrics letter but not COA. I have read that they send the acknowledge when you apply with the EEA national. We already moved. Cuz living in a shared house it was so bad. But still have that contract until end of September. So i hope received my COA first week of October.

I'm afraid they come before the coa for a visit or anything.

We said to our housemates that we're not moved yet to avoid a confusing if they come and ask for us.

OK: Change of address online form

I was actually confused. The info on where to report change of address does not come in the CoA, it comes in the Biometrics letter. However it only says the following, right at the very end:

To find more information about enrolling your biometrics, or wish to tell us about a change in your address or correspondence details, please visit our website at:
http://www.gov.uk/uk-visas-immigration

However if you follow that link, there is no straight forward way to find the form. I did a search using "change of address" as keywords and found the following link: https://www.gov.uk/change-circumstances-visa-brp

If you follow that, and select "If you are in the UK and don't have a brp" (https://www.gov.uk/change-circumstances ... have-a-brp), then select "Report a change of address only" you will find the following form, which I think is what we are looking for: https://visa-address-update.service.gov.uk/

I have included all the links so you can see where I got this from. They say your details will be updated within 72 hours.

Hope is helpful.

Hi again!

Just received my passport back, requested it a week ago, very quick! It arrived in a signed for envelope, but not the one I included in my application . So it was a bit of a waste of money.

Nora, really sorry to hear about such a horrible questionnaire, hope the next thing you receive from the HO will be your residence card.

Kristo, I still have to go to the agency again with the original passport. They won't offer anything before they see it.
