No thats not the case as the maximum hours considered by one person are 30 per week

@ Ahmed25, the rule state that you should employ 2 workers for minimum of 12months each or in some cases a single worker for 24months or mixture of full-time worker and part-time workers. So you cannot just consider hours alone, you should also consider the minimum period for the employment.
