Post by fazalkhan2015 » Fri Oct 30, 2015 11:10 am

Hi
I have sent my eea2 EFM application in July with 6 wages slips .
3 from previous employment and 3 from new employment plus p45 and p60 as well.

In previous job 3 wages slips it says hour rate like 6.31 and and total hours 73 hours a month
But in new job 3 wages slips just says in column only total pay 460 pounds
Basically wages paid every month .

I think if my partner work 16 hours a week it's mean she is exercising her treaty rights . But if we divide 460÷6.50=70.76 hours a momth and 70.76÷4=17.69 hours a week

My question is if the the accountant didn't mention total hours and just mentioned total wages I.e 460 will it be a problem for refusal .
Anyone have same kind of experience.
Thanks

NEED A HELP FRIENDS.

I'm non EEA family member of EU national and we are married since last 3 years and living together in London. I have three children from my ex they have already EEA Family permit and living with us in London since last 3 months.

QUESTION.

We are getting Child benefits, Housing and child tax credit at the moment they are in studying in school.

We are going to apply Residence Card for them next month while I'm holding Residence card and my EU spouse Registration Certificate. Does benefits effect their residence card application?

Thanks

Section 12: Sponsor is currently working

Proof of your sponsor’s employment
 Ask your sponsor’s employer to complete the declaration in section 12B, or
 Enclose a letter from your sponsor’s employer confirming the details in section 12A. This must
be signed and dated by the employer, include the employer’s contact details, and be on the letter-headed paper of the employer.

Proof of your sponsor’s income or salary
 Wage slips covering the last 3 months or the relevant period (see above), and/or
 Your sponsor’s bank statements showing receipt of wages for the last 3 months or relevant
period.

The above is from guidance. The question is if you not send payslip but are you send bank statements to show that receipt of wages or salary. It seem Home office need two proofs. If by rules said you have to reapply but if caseworker who handle your case is very understandable you may receive a new COA same as case of Lali.

Hope it help.
Good morning! We were actually that close to withdraw our/his application yesterday and reapply. But I called Home Office today and a very nice gentlemen told me to leave the process as it is, because apparently Home Office will inquire about any additional info if it is missing. He said there is a rare opportunity that application would fail, because they are trying their best to minimise amount of failing applications. (suprisingly!) So now the plan is to send payslips as Kamoe recommended and see if they can change COA. Need to act fast

Thank God, you have not withdrawn your application.

The whole thing I said about your case was purely about COA and I don't think they will refuse your application.

As I mentioned early that I said from work instructions and advise from my solicitor and Kamoe is very good to point at real case which you should try.

I didn't not look at your time line .When I look back at your timeline, it has been almost 3 months already that you enrolled your Bio. Even you are really need COA but it is not worth it to withdraw. Hope you will get RC less than two months.

I thought you were just received COA. I am very sorry and do apologize that I give you wrong impression didn't take your timeline into account just said from paper.

Good luck with request new COA. And Thanks to Kamoe.

I saw on one post that there seems to be a 15 day expected turn-around time after biometrics have been registered, but not sure if that means that beyond 15 days is considered to be excessively long.

It has been 18 working days since I registered my biometrics and I'm getting worried because I need to travel abroad twice next month for work, and I only have about 7 weeks left on my EEA Family Permit.

Not panicking yet, but given how long inquiries take I'd rather start them sooner than later if they are within the legitimate time-frame.

Thanks!
Hi embassy international,

It said 21 days you will received COA after enrolled Bio. I think you should make inquiry your COA now.

About traveling. As far as I know, you can traveling with no problem at all as long as your Family Permit is not expire yet, COA will use to cover when after Family Permit is expired.

Hope it help.
Thanks for this. Will give it one more week then start chasing them!

If June applicants started to receive RCs, it is time to remember July list :)

Is anyone have most up to date list of July applicants or we should make it again?

The interview questions are quite easy !! They are mostly related to your everyday habits and style of life and events that happen to you and your spouse.
So just keep calm and go for the interview, you have nothing to fear if you have nothing to hide.
By the way, could you share with other members the questions they have sent you to fill up ?
