Hi All

My wife received her letter from HO today confirming the application is successfull.

Application date: 28th April 2015
Confirmation received: 7th November 2015 (dated 28th Oct)

BC Ceremony: I will be booking a private ceremony on Monday (£100)

Next steps:

3) Indian Passport surrender
4) Apply for Indian Tourist Visa
5) OCI

She needs to go to India asap so going for the Tourist Visa option at the moment, but OCI is preferred obviously. Just want to find out more about the requirements of OCI now.

I called HO on 05.11.2015 but they didn't even take my details and told me to wait for 2 more weeks as they are behind schedule. Contacted MP on 05.11.2015, got an acknowledgment email but nothing further so I don't think he has anything to do with it.

Just received news from a friend who made an application in September saying that she received her approval today. I will get her timeline and put in on here. I remember she stated that she posted her application on the 7th of September 2015.

This is good news for September applications. They are now rolling in!! Good luck to September applications!!!!

I received my acknowledgement via email next day after money gone off from my account. A few days later I also received two letters (one is acknowledgement letter and another for bio enrolment). May it worth to ring them and check if they sent you those letters. When I was applying first time my letter got lost and HO decline my application as there was no response from me....
