Express entry Canada, need help

hello all.
I have been in the uk for more than 9 years and the immigration rules are changing quite often. I have few queries regarding express entry scheme for canada. i have an experience as a restaurant manager for 7+ years.
I have done B.sc science from indian university and have post graduate diploma from college in the UK. MY spouse has masters done from Indian uni. is there any chance to get PR under express entry scheme ?
