I have just sent in my application and kind of panicked when i saw the delivered to "Pharmacy". Googled it, found your post and it had the exact same situation. I see you are farther down the road. Am I to understand that there were no delivery problems even though your tracking had it delivered to C. Guilsh at the "Pharmacy", whatever that is... Anyone else have this problem? If anyone can help this would be great. Thanks in advanced!

You can expect the Fee deduction, confirmation letter and Biometric letter almost on same day which could be this week or any time after this week as ATM they are taking atleast 4 weeks to create a file and issue these letters and fee deduction.
As you have confirmed that HO got your application on 19/11/2015, then no need to worry about any thing like fee deduction, confirmation letter etc.
HO is taking between 3 to 5 months to issue the certificate ATM if there is nothing wrong with MN1 application.

Hello,
Can someone please shed me light on this?

I applied MN1 for both of my daughters on 3rd July. The strangest part is, even though I applied both the applications together, I received Registration Certificate for only one daughter. Can someone please tell me, what should I do next?

Thanks in advance

This delay on MN1 applications is just appalling. Irrespective of the timeframe attached to handling the application . It's way too wrong for HO to charge such a huge sum and yet no effort made on processing times.

Especially with application for babies born in the UK and not even holding passport of any other nationality . What in this flipping world are they checking . Does babies now commit crime in their mothers womb. This is unitedly ridiculous. I have a lot of respect for UKBA and British government as a whole but this is so shameful and shouldn't be happening. Even if they have backlogs , why not atleast have the festive season in mind and work extra shifts to clear down applications. If there are ones they require further investigation, can they not look at others while the investigation is going on??

It's painful. I can understand if AN1 or MN1's for certain categories take longer to process due to checks needed to carry out . But for babies still very young and born in the UK , what the heck!

My application is for a 5 month old and I am now waiting for over 2 months. Application was sent in when he was 3 months. SAD!!!!!. I will be missing one in a lifetime family event this Christmas from the look of things . I am nearly loosing my mind right now!!!!

I shouldn't even have applied for this because I acquired permanent residence months before I gave birth to my sons which I should have thought made him a BC at birth. But HMPO nationality team at Liverpool contacted me twice to inform me that I cannot apply for British passport without registering the child.

I had changed my home sometime in between. After searching this forum, found the above link and finished the address change form online. I couldn’t do anything else over phone or letter. Looks like it worked and I received the certificate at my new home.

Wish all my fellow applicants gets their result soon too. Good luck.

Thank you all. You are the greatest support for all people dealing with the lousy home office.

It seems like the people who applied through NCS are getting there approvals early than post.

Amazing... Congrats to people who have got their approval..

It's quite amazing and intriguing as to how the HO works. We applied for my son on 18th July and no certificates yet and many people who I know applied in August and September and have already got their certificates.
We applied through NCS. I do not think there is any priority for people through NCS.. as some people who I knew applied through post later and got their approval.. I had even written to my MP but he replied to me saying that wait for 6 months and then if it doesn't happen even then, he will write to Home Office. This is really frustrating as after paying so much money, they (HO) do not care for time. Our was a simple Tier 1 to ILR case. Son was born here .. all documents in place. Don't know why is it taking so long.. ?

Its look like that people applied in September receiving their approvals, I can keep my fingers across but it is so frustrating that home office doesn't provide any update on the application..

It is like a lottery system there is no queue just a luck.
