Indian born child tatkal passport application-help

Dear all,
Good morning.
I am a naturalised british citizen and my wife is on ILR(Indian citizen). We both are in India awaiting delivery now. My leave is running out and definitely not able to get the birth certificate on time to apply for Indian passport myself for my new born child under tatkal scheme.

1. Could you please let me know the required documents for my wife to submit taktal application in India?

2. Do my wife need my no objection certificate from Indian embassy in UK to apply for tatkal passport?

3. Do they need to see my original UK passport for tatkal application in India?

Please shine some light on this.
