Post by ALIADNAN770 » Wed Dec 30, 2015 1:36 am

hi all Masters / gurus / Members

I need advise from any or you.

I am in UK since 2009. Came here as student and have married with my EX in January 2011. We have a son who born sep 11. Then in Jun 12 we seprate due to domestic problems and have diovrce in july 2015. My current visa is valid until jul 2016 and I already applied for retain of rights.

I am working as a limited company and earning almost 50K + annualy before tax. I have 40K in my bank.

Now I want to move Irleand but don't knw what should I do. Should I apply "Startup business visa"
or
am I aligible as a EEA Family member even after divorce. "as I know that Home Office issue me a visa under EEA family member".
or
is there any other way for me to apply for Irland visa.

Can anybody advise me in this regard

thanks and regards

What is you ex wife's nationality ?

Is she still in the UK and was any provision made for your child following divorce?

She is still in UK and intent to stay here permanent. She is working as well.

I have my son birth certificate / our marriage certificate / divorce paper.

I have written confirmation from my wife that I can see my son once in a month with both of our mutul availability as she is in Reading and I am in Manchester. I pay a fixed amount to my son in my wife account

I already applied for Retain of Rights in August 2015 and waiting for decision. I request HO to send back my documents in end of November and got them back (Passport and Resident Status Document) in mid December. I hope I will get ROR until last week of January 2016

thax again

Did you wife provide you with supporting documents, and when did your marry?

You cannot transfer a UK residence permit to Ireland.

Perhaps you may qualify for UK citizenship or apply for the Irish start up, if your proposed business is viable enough.

I can see some difficulty ahead. Be prepared for some fight due to lack of evidence of economic activity from Feb to July. Otherwise you may have qualify for PR in January.

But I believe you may be able to fight it.

You could apply for the Irish visa if you have a viable plan and good business potential..

I got my RC and ready to apply for PR. I have all those documents what I had before with my last 5-6 months invoices, bills. I make a cover note as well. Is it best time to apply for PR??

Thanks and regards
