I have a question regarding bank statement.
Did you provide the UK bank statement or indian bank statement?
How latest did you submit the bank statements before the application date.

You can provide bank statement of any regluated bank on the planet Earth.
Made an effort to read the guidance? Please do. The most recent statement cannot be dated no earlier than 31 days before the date of application.
Life isn't fair, but you can be!

Tier 2 General Dependent - Outside UK (Maintenance )

Post by Arun K Antony » Sat Feb 27, 2016 1:05 pm

Hi SushDMehta ,
It will be great of you, if you could give your insights on few doubts that I have , in order to assist on my wife's Tier 2 Dependent application. I am on Tier 2 General Visa and working for my sponsor for last 2 years. Currently I am residing in U.K and now I would like to bring my wife to accompany me and she resides in India. My main question is on Maintenance part.

* If my wife wants to make an application next month (March). As Maintenance DOC is it satisfying to get a letter from my A Rated sponsor.

* If it is okay is there any specific format for Sponsor to make sure to write in it.

Thank you for your time and would appreciate any reply to this.

God Bless

Arun
