I am British citizen living with family in UK, I am applying for my parents short visit visa to UK, I am sponsoring their visit, in UK , I am sponsoring this whole trip, please help me with the following questions

1. Minimum money I have in account for last three months is about 1500£ in saving is this going to be sufficient to sponsor them
2. Father have no property on his name only mother have one property on her name I will add its document copy this to show ties with home country
3. Mother and Father both unemployed and they depend on my brother who living them in Pakistan so it's OK to show my brother six months bank statements
4. My brother have a property on his name should I attach its document as well this to show ties with home country
5. I am living in 2 bed flat with family of three, can I show my parent live at same place is this going to be ok

One concern I have that my brother bank statement didn't have enough money in account for last 6 months

Please don't create multiple posts (click). Please be patient and wait for members to respond if they wish to.

What documentary evidence do your parents have to prove THEIR personal, financial and general circumstances and ties to their home country.

They need to both submit evidence of their financial circumstances.

If her visa was previously refused for the bank statement/lack of funds issue, why hasn't this been addressed?

Visa was rejected 4 years back, and my parents just now made plans to visit us recently, would be great to know what would the acceptable by home office in terms of my parents bank statements

My partner's parent showed £7000 in bank and we easily spent £2000 ourselves in the two weeks she was here.

I don't think there is a fixed amount, just to show there is regular income in that period.
Also I don't think money in Fixed Interest account counts either, as the money cannot be accessed straight away. Its the ties to return back home you must prove also. Hope this helps.

Problem is both my parents didn't work and my brother who support them and also live with them

I have properties on father and mother names which evidence I can provide but the bank account they have didn't have much transaction as its my brother account who they used normally

Maybe start getting your brother to tranfer the money into their account, rather than cash. Or maybe provide evidence that your brother looks after your parents financially.

I would like to this too.

In many eastern countries, parents live with their children and the house budget is same for all. Does HO cater for these cultural differences ?
