Umbrella Companies sponsoring Tier 2 visa

hi guys

I just finished working with Microsoft in Big Data analytics as a Contractor.

I need visa sponsporship for my new contract Role which pays more than 300 per day

please let me know if you know of genuine Umbrella Compaines that sponsor Tier 2 General visa which offer competitive serivce.

For the avoidance of doubt the use of an umbrella company for employment under Tier 2 is not permitted and is specifically detailed in Para 85 of the guidance version 11/14.

Any Sponsor that engages in this activity is knowingly committing an immigration offence and those benefiting from the offence are also classed in the same way.

The HO approved list of Tier 2 General sponsors is here (click) and you will need to find a sponsor who is prepared to complete RLMT and issue you with a CoS.
