Dependant of tire 2 has his own sponser

Hi,

I am currently on a tier 2 dependant visa and working for a company.

the current company I am working with are ready to sponsors my visa.

I understand that they have to advertise the job for 28 day period and follow labour market test.

can I get CoS with the same organisation I employed with ?

if yes, do i need to be away from the UK when the job is advertised ( can i work in the same period)

can someone throw some light please.
