Need Help in ILR Application

hi ,
my Ilr application is due in first week of April . i need help in preparing the list of documents + application . my application is straight forward all my earning is on employment . + i have done life in UK test also . . Solicitors charge form 800 to 1500 ..... that's a lot i want to do my self.
plz if some one help me with
list of documents for TIRE 1 General ILR Application for premium service.

Have you read through the Set(O) form and guidance notes?

i have 2 questions can i give alternation address in application so my card arrive a diff address . ?
actually i am living diff address i have royal mail redirection but biomatric card come with dx courier so . can i give my alternative address ?

second one is that do i need absence letter from employee i was on away for 2 weeks in my last five years i went abroad for holidays . so do i need letter from employee ??
or i write my self in cover letter with proof of ( tickets and stamps on passport ).?

Don't worry about absence letters, for brief absences they'll not ask for one.
