Unauthorised to access forum

I cannot access this thread for some reason. It says that I'm unauthorised to read this forum. Why is that?

It's a technical issue noted in past 24 hours - currently under investigation.

It seems that Mods can, but at present we're not sure why this is.

Had not internet last night for long periods and still trying to figure it out but don't want to grant full forum access yet as need to look into this more.
