Additional COS required!!

Hi Everyone,

I was wrongly informed by my HR that they have issued me a COS but actually they ran out of COS and have now applied for more.

My initial application was refused in early February because of inappropriate salary. My employer have increased my salary since then but waiting for additional COS to be assigned now.

My visa expires in middle of march and I'm in a super Panic mode.

My question is how long will it take to get the new COS and how can I get it fast forwarded if possible?
I've read through the forum and found that there are varying answers to this question.

It takes up to 2 weeks but will only be live after 6th April.

Thanks for your reply. The additional Cos has been requested for current year and not for 2016/2017. So I dont understand why it would be live from 6 th April.

My visa expires in middle of march.

Please suggest what should I do. If what you are saying is true then this is not looking good for me.
