FPN for Littering - Pls help

I got one question in this context, during 2012 i have paid FPN for throwing a litter. But i have paid 50£ immediately. I don't have any trace on the which date or receipt for that incident. My citizenship was due in Oct 2016. Am i required to provide the details in my application ?

If i need to provide details, how can i get the details for the 2012 incident

I don't think it will impact on your citizenship application. More than 1 FPNs in the last 12 months may be a concern but not this one.

One more question is it required mention in the application ?

Since it happened more than 3 years ago so you do not need to mention it in your application.
