Seems fine to me.
All information given is just my opinion as a member of this forum and does not constitute immigration advice.

Hello Everyone,

Even i will be applying next week and was wondering if I need an account to be one of the referrer's or can i ask my friends - one of them is Director of his ltd company and one is an IT professional - both holding British passports for more than 2 years? Please advise if this will be fine or not?

As per the AN form:

One referee should be a person of any nationality who has professional standing, eg minister of religion, civil servant, or a member of a professional body e.g. accountant or solicitor (who is not representing you with this application). The other referee must normally be the holder of a British citizen passport and either a professional person or over the age of 25.

Looking at this link: https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... ersons.pdf

confirms that my friend who is Director of Ltd company can do the signature.

And this link: http://www.liuk.co.uk/blog/uk-naturalisation/

Also talks about something similar....please advise

I think I got my answer unless someone has any other opinion:

From AN Guide:

Your application must be endorsed by two referees.
One referee should be a person of any nationality who has professional standing,
such as a minister of religion, civil servant or a member of a professional body, e.g.
accountant or solicitor (but not representing you with this application).

The clue was here which I missed:

A list of acceptable professional persons can be found on our website.

Here is the link previously posted by me: https://www.gov.uk/government/uploads/s ... ersons.pdf

So I am good with both of my options as far as I what i can understand
