Please Help!!!!! FLR (M)

me and my wife about to submit our FLR M
our solicitor messed us up big times on financial requirements
I am on student visa work 20 hours a week (due to expires at of April) earns £8400 PA salary based (working for 3years same job)
My wife british earns £6850 PA salary based (working for 2years)
in September 2015 she started working for agency 0 hours contract and she has made £3000 so far.
According to him we have met the requirements but now he saying ukvi wont accept combination of salary and non salary income.
Initially soliciter kept saying its should be fine but now he saying UKVI wont combined salary and non salary income together.

I have no idea what to do now??

Combined income can be used but if you don't meet the £18,600pa threshold, your application will be refused. You have submit at least 6 months payslips and bank statements.

Based on your figures, no you don't

The way our solicitor calculated is:
My pay 693.75X6= 4162
Wife pay 597.90X6=3587
And wifes 0hr job= 2900 (she started in September 2015)
Total £10646
