spouse visa-Indian-applying from Dubai

Hello all,
I want to apply for spouse visa for my wife + 2 kids (all indians) who are currently in dubai (long term visit visa - 3 months can be extended by another 3 months)

Can i apply for their visa from vfs dubai?
If anyone has had any experience then will be very interested to hear .

How long have they been living in Dubai by extending their visas?

Not if they only have visitor visas.

Hello - Apologies for the delay in replying back..

Yes they are on visit visa which can be extended to 3 months (without much hassle) - my father in law is based there...

Can it be confirmed please that she is unable to apply for the spouse visa from dubai? bcoz if she can it would make it so easier for us...
