Hi Bala,

Any updates from HO? Has HO taken decision on your application? I want to send some additional docs before decision being taken. It should reach there by Tuesday early morning.

Since our dates are same, please keep me posted about happening on your applciation.

I haven't received any updates from HO. I don't think decision would have been taken so quickly. I'll surely keep the forum posted if I get any updates from HO.

Thanks Bala. I managed to send the docs early and instead of Tue, its gonna reach tomorrow(Mon) before 9 AM. I hope it reached before the decision is made..

Hi.,
even I got a mail with the same matter as u have told in this mail.
Also got the reference number along with this mail.When I trid calling up.,they seem to be reluctant in passing the information over fone.

Timelines

01/Dec/07 - Application sent through Fedex
05/Dec/07 - Application reached HO on (tracked on Fedex)
05/Dec/07 - Application Fee deducted from credit card
12/Dec/07 - Got Ref. No. (Called em up. didnt get any mail)
13/Dec/07 - Application approved (as per approval mail)
18/Dec/07 - Received docs and Approval letter through Airmail.

Thanks alot everyone in this forum.. Now struggle for EC starts.

Hey Guys,

I got the approval letter and pther documents back.

Timelines:

Sat, 8-Dec-07 Application sent through Royal Mail Next day delivery.
Tue, 11-Dec-07 Application sent through Royal Mail Next day delivery.
Tue, 11-Dec-07 Debit Card charged.
Tue, 12-Dec-07 Reference Number generated and sent through email.

Sat, 15-Dec-07 Additional evidence documents sent to HO to prove my UK salary.
Mon, 17-Dec-07 Additional documents received and considered by HO as confirmed by official.
Wed, 19-Dec-07 Docs alognwith the decision sent back as confirmed by official.
Thu, 20-Dec-07 All docs received with APPROVAL letter.

Fortunately, additional documents I sent later were considered by HO and played crucial role in approval.

Today I got the approval letter and the other documents.

Timelines:

Mon, 10-Dec-07 Application sent through Royal Mail Special delivery.
Tue, 11-Dec-07 Application reached HO.
Tue, 12-Dec-07 Reference Number generated and sent through email.
Wed, 19-Dec-07 Docs along with the decision sent back through Royal Mail Special delivery.
Thu, 20-Dec-07 All docs received with APPROVAL letter.

Thanks a lot for everyone in the forum who have helped and helping others getting their HSMP approvals and EC done.

I know this is my first message in this forum, but I have read and learn from this forum a lot... so, i thought is fair for me to share this news with you all

Just to inform you all my application has been approved..

IN-COUNTRY Application (am currently on Work Permit, WP)

Below are my time line details:
Sent: 11-Dec-07 (Royal Mail Special Delivery - Courier address)
Arrived at HO: 12-Dec-07
Fees Debited (Credit card - online check): 14-Dec-07
Reference No.: 241XXX (obtained on the 21st Dec 07 through calling the helpline)
Decision: APPROVAL - Letter dated 21st Dec 07 (Received on 22nd Dec 07)

I still got the FLR to apply which I am planning to leave it until February '08 since a bit of travel next month.

My Timelines are as follow:

Can anyone tell me what is average time for Airmail to receive in India

I did not get any reference id or mail from HO. I just got the documents on 17th Dec with Approval letter.

Wasim,

Call up HO, they ask you your first, last name and DOB.Then they give you your ref number.

HO is closed on 25th, 26th and 1 st of January, they are open rest of the holiday season.

this is my 2nd application and i applied frm pakistan..my timelines are;

sent: 3/12
received: 6/12
got reference no through email: 14/12

till now no updates...i jus wanted to ask...whether anybody else has made 2nd attempt in Dec and got approval/rejection, and wht are the timelines if you guyz wanted to share...i appreciate

Are there are applicants whose documents were posted by HO between Nov 25th to Dec 10th and are still waiting to receive their documents?

I am also from Hyderabad, India and I am yet to receive my documents. They were posted by the HO on Nov 29th.

APPLIED IN UK, Here is my details.

Sent : 19 Dec
Received by HO : 20 Dec
Payment Deducted: 21 Dec (UK DEBIT CARD)
Reference Number = WAITING
Decision = WAITING.

Can any one suggest me, how to get the REF number. I m checking my Email, but no mail from HO yet.

TSP,

Dial 00441142074074 and then select option 1 and 2 and request your ref no.

I get a feeling there are not many people working in HO. This might be the case until Jan 2nd when slowly things will start moving again....
