Renewal of leave to remain

I will like to know the form to use for leave to remain that has no restriction on it (2.5yr)

You will need to be a bit more specific. There are many categories of 'leave to remain'.

Are you on a spouse settlement visa?

How long have you had it and been in the UK?

What do you mean by 'has no restriction on it?

it was issued in december 2013 and is going to expire in june 2016
has been in uk since 1996 .
with recousre to public fund

okay the form wE fill when the application was put in (F(M)) But not marry to the person and i have been leave with him for 2005

So you applied on FLR(M) as an unmarried partner?

You will have to apply for another 2.5 year FLR(M) visa.

You need 5 years residence before you can apply for ILR (no restrictions visa).

You only get that option when you apply for ILR (indefinite leave to remain). You don't qualify for indefinite leave to remain if your spouse visa was only granted in 2013.

You cannot claim benefits.
