Yes, you may.shanuk wrote:can I give the old translation
I am in process of completing the same form and no where it asks for marriage certificate.shanuk wrote:Hi All,
I need to know that do we need to submit a marriage certificate for an ILR? My wife is on my Tier 1 General Dependent visa since beginning and we got 2 extensions too.
Our marriage certificate is non-English, I have an old translation of it which I submitted earlier to get a 1st Tier1 general dependent visa and subsequent extensions. If I have to submit a marriage certificate then can I give the old translation or get a new translation done from UK based translator?
