Since we have submitted our documents it is nearly 28 day andObie wrote:Once your appeal is filed, they will have 28 days to reply, and the decision may well be overturned.
today i contacted First-tier Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber)
they allowed our appeal and home office is now re considering our applications
she said it will take another 12 to 15 weeks or even 12months or more
I am surprised

Wait for their response and take it from there.
I am hearing 15 weeks these days but the procedure rules provides for 28 days.

Re: era family permit from ireland refused, shall i appeal?
found this
The tribunal will either decide to:
allow your appeal - this doesn’t automatically mean you’ll be able to enter or stay in the country and may simply mean the Home Office has to reconsider its decision
dismiss your appeal and uphold the Home Office’s original decision

Thanks Dublinhope,
We are planning to apply on 01st September (hope things are not changed after referendum).
Just to confirm, once you submit online application do you take all your documents on appointment to Uk embassy and is there an interview?
