Any updates?
I'm not sure about the email, my solicitor received a letter to say which points of refusal had been overturned and reasons why, also which points had been upheld and reasons why, and the fact that the case will now be listed for court.waseemiqbal wrote:@MGH

The decision to refuse this visa application has been upheld after review by an Entry Clearance Manager and the appeal bundle of documents was despatched to the Immigration and Asylum First-tier Tribunal on 25/04/2016.
CANNOT BELIEVE they havent overturned their decision. Took them 6 months to reply... HEART BROKEN

Your appeal has not been reviewed yet. It will hopefully be reviewed in the next couple of weeks. I am sorry it isn't better news but we have a very high volume of appeals at the moment.
No i havent emailed them. Do u mean that people who had a deadline in november are still waiting? It can take time...like ive said before ppl from November r still waiting best bet is to reapply if u can if not simply be patient

Even when u call the courts they say we dealing with November
My date was end October and i got a date 3 months ago...friends of mine both November are still waiting for court dates
Im not sure then because this is what i have heard from other peoples experience. Also my solicitor told me the deadline is a contract where the home office have to tell you what will happen next; they will either tell you that yoi have been listed for a court date or they will give u a date. Sometimes they r that busy they don't even bother looking at the file and can even change their minds a day or two before the court date
