Hi Shaf2008

Yes losses all three years,

Do not worry, however, as I think of it... It precisely is the documentation and nature of business which triggers interview requirement.

Dont just go by solicitors advise, read on whatdotheyknow and policy guidance for case workers you will be wiser and more confident. Its your business so prepare to answer market related questions and mainly appear well, talk loud and clear, your presentation will also matter. Dont worry you will get it!

Regards
Solomon

Hi solomondid,

Did you invest the money in one year or did you invest the money in 3 different years in installments.

Solomondid,

Thank you for this.

Please could you tell more about your losses and how you proved your business is viable and growing despite losses in 3 years?

Did you submit documents for employees for which you did not claim points?

Helpingperson,

Genuine business dont need to prove why they encountered losses, you prove something which is provable rest is obvious! Google must have proved our genuinity and we were nominated for a few awards, never won any but our business is listed on few very prominent websites in UK for example Virgin Start ups, loss is due to lot of research costs and investment in growth example a new product had nearly 40k in sales each year still paid salaries and rents staff training on our costs etc
