COS Allocation - UPDATE - Refusal of allocation

Hi Everyone,
I need some information regarding COS allocation, I recently completed level 8 and applied for job my employer requested for COS allocation 4th of May, up to 3 weeks now and we still waiting my visa running out in 2 months. any suggestion or idea how long it take for COS allocation??

hi Everone,

we received negative reply from home office, they refused COS allocation on the basis of that my employer got cos allocation last time but he didn't use, so why we need COS allocation again give reason?
please need your advice what we need to do now ???

I m also on the same boat ,
HR applied restricted n unrestricted cos, as we had confused which one to use, ( now it's clear that we need unrestricted as I m on tier 1 visa)
Got restricted cos on 11 May, n unrestricted rejected on 26 th may, now HR on holiday so don't know what to do?

We got refusal from casework visiting team, they asked reason that why u need cos allocation my HR Drafted letter along with few documents let's see

Do you have any updates on this.... Did you guys manage to get a COS allocation?.

How much time it took?. Also for Tier 2 ICT long term we did not get the option of restricted or unrestricted, where does this option come?

Not yet we still waiting first they replied after 4 weeks and asked reason why we need cos , we replied 1st of June wid reason but still waiting.
No idea about restricted and unrestricted Cos
