Investment by Shares-Extension-Query

Hello

Our names show on Director report page and on bottom of balance sheet page in annual accounts. In notes it says about number of shares, their value but not our names.

Will our names in balance sheet, meet the requirement of showing the name of share holders in business accounts?

Despite speaking to Companies House and googling, we can not source Company's Register of Members, please could you advise how we go about this?



If you have invested by way of share capital the business accounts must show the shareholders, the amount and value of the shares (on the date of purchase) in your name as it appears on your application. If the value of your share capital is not shown in the accounts, then a copy of the company’s register of members must be provided.

Well you gotta go back to your accountant and ask him to put an extra line on share capital note.
