How can I get my Filipino Fiancée to UK as she want to work

Hello My name is Mike, I am trying to find out How I can get my Filipino fiancée here to uk. She wants to work here Full time, but as I am partly disabled she wants to come here to be together and look after me.
What visas Etc. will she need in order to be able to get here. Will agencies help get her a job, sort visas out etc..
Or what would I need to do to get her here to look after me. What is the qualifying criteria. Please can anyone help us Please

Yes I get ESA,DLA and a pention from when i was working

Yes we intend to marry and yes I have just come back for just short off 1 mth in the Philippines where were together
