Can I apply for flr fp if AR is refused

Can seniors help please, My friend applied for AR for ilr thru tier 1and was refused with no current leave left Can they apply for flr fp as she gets to her 10 years in November. Someone please advise. Thanks

Be aware that the Home Office checks tax amendments even for Long residence. And they may look at it at naturalisation stage as a part of good character checks as well.

So don't assume that your friend can get ILR through Long residence as well.

What is basis for FLR(FP)?
Speculative, time-buying applications are unfair on genuine applicants.

She has been in the uk for the last 9 and a half years and have 3 children under 7. All born in the UK or is there another route she ccan apply. Many thanks. Also how long after AR refusal can she apply so as not break continous long residency.many thanks again
