IP Permanently banned

Its third time i was unable to login or browse the forums because of this message that your IP has been ban permanently and please contact administrator . Why this happen?

Are you connecting from home or work?

Is your network shared by somebody else using/abusing this website who has been banned?

Are you connecting via a mobile data network when this happens?

Home network. Using 3 mobile unlimited data to tether it on laptop and it gave me this error for last two days both on laptop and on mobile but today i was able to login as normal.

yes i always use mobile data to connect with laptop because i have got tethering plan but this issue occurred boht on mobile and laptop.

Without giving too much away there are security system protecting us as we type.
Certain networks (or ranges of IPs associated with them) are, ahem, deemed higher risk.

I am using ad blocker and kaspersky internet security software on laptop so dont know why this occur randomly . I assume my IP is unique and only i have access to it then why it get banned randomly for two days for no reason is beyond my understanding . I ignored it previous two times but this happen consistently now

My understanding is you probably won't have a static IP and the assigned IP can change quite frequently when assigned by a mobile data network.
