EEA (PR) Non EU , January 2016 Applicants ?

Wondering if you guys know anyone in Jan who received the PR ?

No news here unfortunately. Hoping for it to arrive any day now really as it's been 5 and a half months since we sent off our application. Will keep you posted.

I am new in this forum and I want to share my experience.
I am an EEA family member we applied in the middle of January the last letter (COA) dated 12 February.
and I am still waiting but noting.
I would like to know as we applied for more than one person ( my husband my 3 kids an I ). if this will take longer ?

I applied for pr for myself non Eu and my eea partner and my application was received by the ukvi on the 09/02/2016 got biometric and coa with right to work in March and we are still waiting for a decision ,I believe it should be out by the end of July as it would be 5 months 2 weeks by then .

i believe this week should hear for applicants of first and second week of January.
generally it should not take more than 5 and half weeks from date of application
hope they are not awaiting referendum :)

I applied jan. 2nd. But I am a non married partner so I am not sure if it may take longer because of this. I am keeping my fingers crossed to hear by this week!!

looking at the timelines of the previous months it seems that HO's processing is getting slower slower.Should we pool together the application dates for this months like it was done for the month of November ?

Just to let you know that we have received our documents back today as well as my (EU citizen) PR card! It says that my husband will receive his within the next 10 days. I am very happy and relieved this waiting game is finally over. Thanks to everyone on this forum for their help and support. Feel free to ask me any questions and I'd be happy to help. Ours was a pretty straight forward case though. I was excercising my treaty rights as an employee for 5 continuous years with the same employer.

This is our timeline:

Application for EU and Non EU PR posted: 04/01/2016
Application received by HO: 06/01/2016
Money taken: 07/01/2016
Biometrics letter received: 27/01/2016, dated 21/01/2016
Biometrics enrolled: 30/01/2016
COA received: 11/02/2016
Return of passports requested in late February, received about 2 weeks later.
Documents and PR received: 21/06/2016

I just wanted to say this forum has been really helpful for me especially during the waiting period..

Application sent on 6th of Jan,
Received by home office 7th of Jan
Biometric and CoA sent together on 22nd of jan and i recieved it on 27th of jan.CoA with no right to work. Biometric registered on the same day.

Pr letter and documents sent back today 23rd of Jun. Dated 21st of june.

i send the application for my non-EU son (1,8 yo) 04.01.16. i'm a non-EU with RC, my husband is EU.
(we didn't get any CEO by the way)
and still waiting...
called there few times already

i have to be urgently at Russia with a medical issues, so this waiting is just really killing ((

Applied 07.01.16
Biometrics and coa received in february.
documents and plastic arrived today 23.06.16

My case was stricky. was removed from uk 10 years ago. married to eea 5 years ago, dovorced 2 years ago, didnt apply for retained rights. Applied straightaway for Pr.

enclosed lots of documents. my documents were returned not in my provided special delivery envelope but they send it signed for.

Thank you very much! I send my application to Leicester court, very hope they everything check and give me good answer.
But now after referendum I think they don't want probably give any more PR Card

I'm not provided from my husband ( sponsor ) 5 years payslips and all paper. I do not write something about my husband, only about myself. And they refuses give me PR. Send all my documents back with refusal letter and appeal form to Leicester court. I think now not doesn't matter nothing after referendum.

My timeline as a non EEA national

Sent:- 30/04/2016
Received:- 03/05/2016
Email sent:- 13/06/2016 requesting for biometric
Received letter:- 17/06/2016 requesting to sign and send back because I didn't sign and dated the biometric page in my application.
Email Recived:- 22/06/2016 informing me that my biometric has be issued.
Biometric:- 25/06/2016 dated 22/06/2016
Biometric done:- 25/06/2016

Hi everyone.. Is there any update on January Applicants?

I applied on 13/01/2016 (5 months and 2 weeks) and still no answer on my application.

i applied Jan 12. hope to see something in post this week
